Pity vmstat doesn&#039;t do EPOCH like dstat does. The x scale doesn&#039;t work great for knowing exactly what&#039;s happening.

A few problems, the filter script and plot script doesn&#039;t cut and paste well (smart quotes mainly).  would be great to get them into a pre, or downloadable file.

When running under Ubuntu 7.10 I get the following errors for reference

 ./cpuchart.plt 

set ticscale 1 0.5
    ^
&quot;./cpuchart.plt&quot;, line 90: warning: Deprecated syntax - please use &#039;set tics scale&#039; keyword

title &quot;User&quot;

&quot;./cpuchart.plt&quot;, line 137: invalid command


Now all we need to know is how to save it directly as a png. Your last script seems to indicate this?</description>
